The Chief of the village and the Council of Elders have donated hundreds of acres of land to Horizon for the purpose of building a multi-purpose complex to meet real needs in the community.

The first facility of the proposed complex will be a children's drop-in center. The first unit of the drop-in center is nearing completion. This summer, work crews from the United States will begin construction of the second unit. When the entire complex is completed, there will also be a life skills center and an agricultural farm. We need $20,000 to complete the first phase of this project.
